Data we collect. Email address (for account and billing), IP address (for fraud prevention and geographic routing), payment metadata (handled by our PCI-compliant processor — we never see full card numbers), and streaming diagnostics (bitrate, buffer count) for quality-of-service improvements.

How we use it. To deliver service, send billing and support messages, and improve stream quality. We never sell your data. We never share it with advertisers.

Retention. Account data is kept for the life of your subscription plus 12 months for tax and legal purposes. Diagnostic logs are auto-deleted after 30 days.

Your rights. Under GDPR and CCPA you may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time. Email contact@tvonlineprovider.com.

Cookies. We use strictly necessary cookies for session management, plus optional analytics cookies you can decline in our cookie banner.

Third parties. Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (CDN), our email provider, and Google Ads (conversion tracking on the /thank-you page only).
